Legal notice

1. 1 In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. 2 In the case of multiple purchases made within a single order and delivered separately, the 30 days term starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
3. 3 Users wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify Suy b s.r.l.s. by means of an explicit declaration, sent via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt (A/R) to the following address:Via Maso Hilber 4 — 39055 Laives (BZ), Italy
4. 4 The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract, or by submitting the standard withdrawal form pursuant to Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory).
5. 5 The goods must be returned to:Via Maso Hilber 4 — 39055 Laives (BZ), Italy
6. 6 The goods must be returned intact and sealed in their original packaging, complete in all their parts and accompanied by the attached tax documentation. The refund, including any shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
7. 7 In accordance with Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the products.
8. 8 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the services and products of Suy b s.r.l.s. fall within the categories referred to in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
9. 9 The refund will be made using the same means of payment chosen by the buyer. In case of payment by bank transfer, the buyer must provide the bank details — IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC — necessary to process the refund.
10. 10 The shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
